How To Buy A Fridge

As you may recall, the fridge at home died. Once the death was confirmed we concluded that it would be easiest for me to order a new one on-line.

The last time we bought appliances in a store I think it took about three hours. Buying a fridge on-line took about 5 minutes. Maybe 10 if you include time deciding between black and stainless steel. The confirmation email was instantaneous and less than 5 minutes later the money was gone from the checking account. And I never moved from my chair.

This, folks, is the way to buy stuff.

It's a gorgeous day, so I'm going to try to spend some of it outside.
