I wrote about the Seventh Circuit taking the Board of Immigration Appeals to task for doing an appalling sloppy job. But I decided not to post it.

I heard all about Paris Hilton at lunch today. Yawn.

We had a writing seminar today and the speaker was excellent. He needs to come give next year's staffers some tips. He's an alum--maybe he'll do it.

Tomorrow we're having a picnic in the Park. It should be nice. I wonder what I'll wear? It seems awkward: picnic attire is not work appropriate.
