Wow... I knew Con Law II would come in handy.

I don't like the idea that stolen documents (allegedly) can be posted out there, but as the article says-- clearly people don't understand the scope of the internet.

People have been banking in other countries for years to avoid regulations. Now they can base their internet sites elsewhere, too. Hello globalization!
