Looking For A Glimmer

Somehow, I'm more overwhelmed now than I've been at any point yet in law school. In part it's because the winter quarter is so painfully compressed, leaving essentially no time for a reading period before exams--exams for which I am in no way even slightly prepared. And in part it's because of everything else going on in my life, from trying to figure out bar exam stuff to the fact that we haven't even begun to get the house in order to sell to all the million other things, big and small.

Those would be the big and small things I never write about here. This blog's main purpose is to let you all know I'm still alive and maybe give you a little bit of fun news sometimes. It's never been an almost tell-all diary (I'm not all that anonymous, just not directly googleable I hope), or a fun fictional drama, or anything exciting. Just a little tie to the outside world.

But when I sit for 15 minutes trying to think of something I can write about for public consumption that's not a whine or a rant, and I'm still stumped, I know life is getting a little tense. So I apologize for the whine/rant, and I promise I'll try to do better, but please bear with me. Sooner or later this year must end, and if I can make it to December alive we'll all be peachy keen.

Transition times in life are the worst. But once you get through it selective amnesia sets in and it seems like it wasn't that bad (at least that's the way it works for me). Hang in there!
