Bittersweet

We had a great gig last night - everyone was on, the band was tight, the crowd was dancing.

It's good to go out on a high note.

I'll miss it, though, being a rock and roll star. It's an excuse to wear fun outfits and stay out all night and generally have a great time. But you're right, I don't need an excuse to do any of that, do I?

You might not now, but you certainly will in order to get away from all those text books this year - you'll never see a social life again otherwise. Good luck finding decent excuses...
