Yesterday I got to spend a nice long time with Mr. Squirmy as he emphatically expressed his disapproval of the universe and whatever was happening in his belly. Oh that curling up and kicking in rhythm with the screaming--I'd recognize those symptoms anywhere! Poor kid.
TFL is the one who remembered that when Boy was pulling this stunt he really liked to be held stomach down on one arm. Sure enough, as soon as I flipped Squirmy over he quieted right down and went to sleep. It also helps keep the snot and tears from clogging him up, and lets any drool drain away so they're more comfortable. Yeah, babies are just gross, but they are so darn cute and cuddly you just don't even mind it. TFL agrees that Mr. Squirmy is adorable, in case you wanted a second opinion.
Today I couldn't get over there and I miss him. But I'm really really really hoping tomorrow brings good news for everyone.
In other news: I'm seriously thinking about dropping Corporate Finance, math class or no. Boy manages to stress me out even from three states away. And I'm trying to make plans for Thanksgiving, but it all seems a Bit Much.
You're an amazing friend. And because you are, I won't yell at you if you leave me alone in Corporate Finance. But I would be very sad.
And I always knew TFL had great taste :)
