Amen. Amen, amen, amen.

Ability to make law review (ie, grades) would help too, eh?

Er, yes. I suppose I was addressing this to people already on LR, who are now hoping to make Board. The announcement went out about when elections will be held (in four months, plenty of lead time).

But note that at our LR we have no idea who graded on or who wrote on. Moreover, we don't care. So at this point good grades get you nowhere with us.

Oh yeah! I'm not even on law review yet I'm already experiencing this at school. And one of my contract positions involves working with law students at a nearby school and the level of disorganization they exhibit just kills me!! How hard is it to answer e-mails and just generally get back to people on a project!

My Law Review is not supposed to know who graded on and who wrote, but everyone knows anyway.

I wrote on, so I am being uber conscientious.

And I don't want EIC. There are two guys making it clear they want it and a super qualified quiet girl who would be great. I'd like an E-Board slot though.

But, Butterflyfish, WHY?

Why do you say that you wrote on, so you are being uber conscientious. Would you not be if you graded on? Do you feel you have something to make up for or something to prove?

And do you not want EIC because you don't want the hassle and stress (great reasons) or because you don't think you're qualified or because you think someone else would do a better job?
